Update 1.9.7 - Fix and updates

In this update we made changes in several areas!

1 - The quest level has been edited from 4x to 5x, so the player will be able to do more quests at level 4x.

2 - Some Daily Quest. XP has been increased by 2x.

3 - A new event has been added! "Invasion of the Revoltados" on all maps. In this event it will be possible to collect more materials.

4 - The drop amount of Zen Stone in CC has been increased.

5 - Reduced the time of birth of some chiefs.

5.1 - 'Immortal Drake' 3 hours to 1:30

5.2 - 1 hour 'HellLord', now appears in 30 minutes.

5.3 - 1 hour 'HellLord', now appears in 30 minutes.

5.4 - 5-hour 'Raeda Infernal' now appears in 2 hours.

5.5 - 8-hour 'Darkness Lord' now appears in 2 hours;
