All Priston Tale 2 players are responsible for any actions taken on their accounts.
- Priston Tale 2 prohibits players from sharing ID and password information with other players. Those who do so will be liable for actions arising from their accounts whether they claim to have been hacked or not. The punishment for any rule will be given regardless of the other rules in the list.
For example, if a player breaks a certain rule for the first time and then breaks another rule other than the first, the player will have a first violation for each of these rules. Punishments do not accumulate in different rules, but they accumulate in the same rule.
- Any support related to any subject will only be attended if it is within 10 days of the event; Any support that exceeds the date of 10 days of the event will be closed as unfounded.

| 1 - Defamation, Bulling, Harassment, SPAM and Language Not Appropriate |

1.1
- Intentionally harass or spread false rumors about other players in the game. For example: a player who publicly accuses other players of cheating without presenting evidence in screenshot or video that clearly proves this.
1st: Notice through game mail + chat ban 6 hours 2nd: Notice through game mail + chat ban 24 hours 3rd: ID Ban for 3 days 4th or more: Account ban for 7 days

- Harass other players using language that is obviously insulting, racist, obscene, name-calling or threats in all chat channels of the game.
1st: Notice through game mail + chat ban 6 hours 2nd: Notice through game mail + chat ban 24 hours 3rd: ID Ban for 3 days 4th or more: Account ban for 7 days
1.3 - Use inappropriate character name (sexual implication or derogatory content to any member of the PT2 community).
1st: Account ban for 30 days or until a "Character Name Scroll" item is purchased to change the character's name
1.4 - Insult a GM or any other member of the Priston Tale 2 team and prevent them from performing their duties.
1st: Notice through game mail or Whisper + chat ban 6 hours 2nd: Notice through game mail or Whisper + chat ban 24 hours 3rd: ID Ban for 3 days 4th or more: Account ban for 7 days
1.5 - Send unsolicited bulk messages (known as spamming) in Shout or Trading chat or Whisper channel of players with repeated, excessive and unnecessary dialogues.
1st: Notice through game mail + chat ban 6 hours 2nd: Notice through game mail + chat ban 24 hours 3rd: ID Ban for 1 day 4th: ID Ban for 3 days 5th or more: Account ban for 7 days
1.6 - Promote websites or other products not related to Priston Tale 2.
1st: Notice through game mail + chat ban 6 hours 2nd or more: Permanent account ban

| 2 - Bad Behaviors and Actions |
|
2.1
- Deliberately killing all monsters around another player anywhere in the game (KS), except in PVP channels or "Warfare" area in NPVP channel, in an attempt to prevent that player from leveling or completing a goal.
Such an action will not be punished if it is done in a PVP channel or within the "Warfare" area in the NPVP channel unless later informed. The KS rule does not apply to any Boss
It is forbidden to lure monsters on top of other players in NPVP channels.
1st: Notice through game mail 2nd or more: Account Ban for 3 days
2.2 - Attack a character who is a GM, or any other member of the Priston Tale 2 team without permission. Such a rule obviously does not apply during events where players are encouraged to fight with characters who are GMs, or any other member of the Priston Tale 2 team.
1st: Notice through game mail 2nd: ID Ban for 1 day 3rd: ID Ban for 3 days 4th or more: Account ban for 7 days

3 - Cheating, Stealing, Hacking and Tricking |
|
3.1 - Steal and use accounts of other players or items through the use of hacking, scamming or cheating programs.
1st: Permanent account ban
3.2 -Prete- Pretend to be a GM, or any other member of the official Priston Tale 2 team in order to gain an advantage or defame the team.
1st: ID Ban for 7 days 2nd: Permanent account ban
3.3 - Modify game files using third-party programs or specialized equipment to gain an advantage in the game or to change the game in a way not intended by its creators or by the team of Priston Tale 2 (also known as HACKING).
1st: Permanent account ban
3.4 - Use third-party programs or equipment that allow your character to fight monsters automatically without you being on your computer (also known as BOTTING).
The team does not provide support or is responsible for any losses caused by the use of third party programs. As long as it does not conflict with other rules described here.
It will also not punish anyone who uses the game's strategy to restrain such action as “Flood loot”, “Kill” and other strategies.
The Team does not encourage the use of any third party software concurrent with the game.
3.5 - Use bugs/ errors known and listed to gain an unfair advantage.
1st: Notice through game mail 2nd: ID Ban for 7 day 3rd: ID Ban for 30 days
3.6 - Abuse about events and promotions through cheating for prizes and rewards. For example a player who creates multiple accounts to earn more promotions rewards.
1st: Account ban for 3 days (rewards and prizes will be revoked). 2nd or more: Account ban for 30 days
3.7 - Marketing of characters or game accounts, eons or any other items previously owned, for real money.
The team is not responsible for negotiations and trade done outside the official environment (Item MALL) nor is it committed to restoration or support of such action or actions arising from this case.
3.8 - Duplicate game items.

| 4 - Aging Items |
|
|
Every time a player tries to age on an item there is a chance that it will be destroyed. Such a chance increases with items that have already suffered aging from high-level action. To age safely and prevent the item from being destroyed in the process, players must use an Anti-Destroying Scroll every time they try to age on their item. To prevent the age of your item from going down, players must additionally use an Awell's Protection Scroll.
All players are responsible for aging safely on their items whether they are suffering lag or not. If you are suffering from lag while trying to age your items, we recommend that you stop until the lag stops.
Players who have had their age level lowered because they did not use Awell's Protection Scroll will NOT be able to regain the original age level or their item under any circumstances.
Recovery for players who accidentally destroy their items while trying to age without Anti-Destroying Scroll:
The player will be able to purchase an item called "Restoration scroll" to recover the broken item in aging, available in the Item MALL, and the item in aging that was unspecified and without any extras in them would be restored. Only aging was restored. You must request via restoration support, already having the item "Restoration scroll" in your character.

| 5 - Character Titles, Pets, and Items "Special Items" |
|
All players are personally responsible for activating or removing the titles of their characters, pets and special items.
From the moment a title, pet or special item is activated by the character these are no longer exchangeable for other characters under any circumstances. This includes cases where a character activates the title, pet or special item by accident. We did not restore Title deleted by accident.
Items that can only be given to players for completing special feats and can not be purchased or sold for eons or GameCash are not exchangeable under any circumstances. These items include, but are not limited to, Friendly Ninto pet, Blue and Red Baby Dragon pets, or any item given as an event by the team.

| 6 - Limit of 7 days for recover Items / Eons
|
|
Players must report any item or eon that have been lost or stolen from their characters within 7 days of the loss or theft having taken place. Otherwise, there is no chance that these items will be recovered and no compensation will be given for them. Players are encouraged to report the loss or theft of any items or eons as soon as possible.
Players must report any rewards of events that they have not received within 7 days from the time they should have received them. Otherwise, there will be no chance of these rewards being recovered and no compensation will be given for them. For this reason players are encouraged to report any event rewards as soon as possible.
Event/Arena rewards and stranded items in mail and Willy are removed every 30 days, we recommend you do not leave stranded items in Willy and in the mail, we do not restore lost reward items in this way.

| 7 - Fraud in the purchase of credits |
|
All IDs that make purchases of cash via payments (paypal, pagseguro, etc) with an attempt to "fraud" (attempts to obtain credits of the game illegally or manipulation of systems) will have their IDs permanently blocked. In case of involvement of gifts in Shop, we will filter logs and identify possible complicity, if proven, both accounts involved will be banned permanently.

| 8. Others
|

The Priston tale 2 team is not responsible for comments, images, videos made outside the official platforms (www.priston2.com) for the other official platforms (facebook/priston2, instagram/priston2 and twiter/PT2_Oficial) any comments or offenses made in these platforms must follow the rules in force for them.
All characters or blocked IDs can be unlocked by the account holder through negotiation of purchase of the "Forgiveness Parchment" through ticaket support or other team service channel.

The initial rules above can be changed by the Priston Tale 2 team at any time.
Consequences that result in non-compliance with the above rules may be modified in special circumstances at the discretion of the Priston Tale 2 team who are handling the matter.
